A £50 deposit secures any chosen week

We also require a £100 additional refundable deposit Terms & Conditions

Pool in use from June through to the end of September.

Prices are per week and based on at least 4 of your days falling in the month in question
(Other dates by negotiation)

WHAT YOU GET

All prices are per week and include everything except towels, tea towels & cot linen.  
Please note that the entry time on your day of arrival is after 4pm and on your day 
of departure we ask you to vacate the villa by 10am please. 

As with the usual Gite type arrangement in France the house must be left clean and tidy for the next guests, so that our caretakers can prepare the villa for them as you found it, bearing in mind the short period that they have between changeovers. A refundable security deposit of £100 is held against any costs to us for any damage or for any extra cleaning charges incurred.
We hope to be able to return this full amount to you within 14 days of your rental end date.
