PRICES AND BOOKING INFORMATION FOR 2004

What You Get

The WEST WING OF PAIGLE FARM provides you with the following:-
Spacious accommodation with lounge, sun lounge, large kitchen/diner, bathroom/toilet with shower over bath, three bedrooms (one twin, one four poster, one single, plus a cot is available (please supply your own cot linen though). Bed linen and towels are supplied.
The free use of a front row Felixstowe beach hut is available by daily arrangement.

The property has central heating and double glazing. It is well equipped and there is a colour TV, garden furniture and barbeque. Some tourist information is also provided.

Sorry no pets, but well behaved ones are welcome at THE READING ROOM (see opening page).

The area is ideal for walking and cycling and ideally situated for exploring East Anglia. A car is essential.

What You Pay

Weekly rental is from £168 up to £368 depending on the week and the time of year. Please contact us for exact pricing. There are no extra standard rental charges. This holiday home is not available from October to the end of March. The Reading Room is however open all year (see opening page). Lettings run from Saturday to Saturday. A 20% deposit is required, and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. We advise you to book early, as Paigle Farm has proved to be very popular especially with the beach hut facility.
